Juliet Wilkins
Juliet is an integrative wellness coach and has been in service through the healing arts for three decades. She is a lifelong student of compassion and love. She has traveled extensively visiting sacred sites and wellness centers in search of the mystical and magical elements of enlightenment. After experiencing the sustainable power of Breathwork she knew she had to embrace, learn and share this self-healing, remembering process. She has trained extensively with the Transformational Breathwork foundation, is a Reiki Master, a One Love Meditation facilitator, and identifies as a multidimensional lightworker. She is called to share the emotional intelligence and growth each of us is capable of by first being aware of how we are BREATHING (or not breathing). She is also an interior designer whose focus is on co-creating sacred spaces for personal retreat and stillness practices. Juliet has worked with individuals, corporate clients, and small and large groups. From traditional spa settings, retreat settings and various transformational festivals her lifelong goal has been to help facilitate personal growth and the needed evolution from "me" to "we". With this purpose in her heart and through deep presence, she hopes to empower you to embody your highest potential.
Integrative Series
$1,500
1 - Introduction session 90 minutes (in person when possible) followed by
4 - 60 minute zoom sessions. Concluded with one 1 90 minute in person session
---Breathwork works best as a committed approach to developing your human potential. Each 1-session will begin to clear the body of past trauma and help reach a new level of enlivened energetic clarity. These sessions are best done within a short period of time as the body remembers, releases and reinvigorates. The first session is 1 ½ hours and is best held in person as we investigate your breathing patterns and share a full understanding of the correct breathing technique. The following four sessions are done online and when possible, the 6th session is held in person as well.
Breath Journey

Whether you are working with a private counselor or in sacred plant ceremony this integrative practice combines meditation, breathwork and sacred sound ceremony to support you in assimilating the lessons you are experiencing along your journey.
Light Body Activation
3 hr. $333
Sometimes energy needs to move through the physical body to be released and revitalized. This 3 hour session combines breathwork, sound healing and intuitive massage therapy to allow for maximum harmonization of the physical, mental and astral body. Clear the remainder of the day for integration of this very special healing session.

We are available to lead breathwork and sound ceremonies custom designed to enhance your offering.
