BREATHWORK CEREMONY PREPARATION:


Prepare an intention for the ceremony. It is our overarching intention to align your life force with LOVE. Your intention can be specific to your desires and works best if you state it in the present tense. For example… I am open to all the goodness the universe has for me now.

It is best to come with an empty belly. If you must eat choose something very light and nourishing.

Be sure to save time after your session to integrate the experience. Breathwork can be very activating and you want to be able to rest and reflect on your experience.


No smoking or eating marijuana/cannabis or drinking alcohol the day of ceremony. If you have a health condition, please private message us.

High blood pressure can be a concern and we tend to use props to make sure your heart is elevated and you are at ease during the session.

If you are prone to schizophrenia this highly charged event might trigger a psychotic episode and is not recommended in group settings. 


ITEMS TO BRING:


  • Dress in lightweight comfy clothing suitable for dancing, moving, and laying down.
  • Eye mask or something to cover your eyes. By covering your eyes, you can journey deeper into your experience.
  • Water. Refillable water bottles save the planet from plastic waste! No glass please.
  • Pillow or two, a throw blanket and cushioning (such as yoga mats, squishy exercise mat, etc.) to make yourself comfortable while lying down. You will be making a small bed during the breathwork so bring appropriate items.
  • If it is in your practice to journal you may wish to bring it. Breathwork can bring up many sometimes subtle and other times very intense experiences. Your journaling practice can help to integrate these lessons.

Jenn, Juliet, and Sedette are powerful forces in raising the vibrational frequency of those around them to that of love. Together they created High Vibration Breathwork after many years of healing their own hearts and finding a deeper connection to their higher Selves. They have all studied many modalities of healing work and have the passion to share this with the world.
